It was that time again, to get my oil changed. I stopped at 2 places before Kwik Kar in cedar hill. Both of the other locations had long waits, no one even greeted me upon pulling up, and had higher prices for the house full synthetic option. But when I pulled into kwik kar I was immediately greeted and told to pull right in. The entire team made me feel like a valued customer. They went above and beyond to explain any questions or concerns I had, and to top it off Judd vacuumed my car while I went in to pay! The guys here are truly amazing, professional, and will go above and beyond to get the job done correctly. The manager explained everything in detail and worked with me on what I needed now and what I would need in the near future and the actual cost so I can take better care of my car. My car drives like it did when I first bought it and I have money left over for gas! Hello everyone. I just had to take the time out to post my experience with this particular location. I am very please by how I was greeted upon arrival. By a guy named Jay. He was the most professional and well mannered guy I have witnessed in a long time. He greeted me as I stopped and I did not have to get out of my car and ask any questions. I wanted a oil change and I received feedback from Jay that I needed a extensive flush,I was a little hesitant about the flush because I thought he just wanted to upsell Lol. However. This guy literally took the time to explain why. He also was very honest. I just wanted to take the time to Thank you for your excellent customer service. You never know who comes to your shop. I want to say to whoever hired this gentleman. Thank you. People do not have to be nice and honest. I can tell he loves his position. I thought he was the manager. It was my first time coming here to get an oil change and it was great. Since we?re still in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic they allowed you to stay in the car while they change your oil. Staff was wearing masks and social distancing. They informed me about my dirty air filter and explained pricing. They also saw that my coolant was low and refilled it. Overall I was impressed by their fast, friendly and professional service. I will definitely be back!

These guys did a great job! I needed My a.c. fixed, only had to wait for about 30 min and I was out of there. They were extremely nice and professional. Approximately 4 months ago, my tire pressure was uneven so I pulled up, but they were closed. The gentleman was in his car, ready to leave for the evening got out to ask "Ma'am, how may I help you, we are closed." I apologized, he said, no, that's okay. He unlocked their door to simply put air in my tires, he was friendly and professional. I was grateful that he unlocked the door to service my tires.
